You may be certainly wandering why substitute dairy. Do you know that animal fat is recognized as a factor in the cause of heart and artery disease? This recognition has created the need for substituting dairy products with wholesome and appetizing replacements that supply the nutrients readily available in dairy products. Only animal products contain cholesterol. Milk increases body cholesterol and other blood fats. 

The great increase in disease in cattle is also a major concern. Leukemia in dairy cattle is rampant. One of the most troublesome microorganisms in milk is that of cancer virus particles. Cancer viruses are excreted into the milk from the bloodstream of the affected animal. 

Milk sensitivity is the most common food allergy in America. Sixty percent of Americans are allergic to milk. 

The excessive protein in cow's milk depletes the human skeleton of calcium and actually weakens bones. Compare the protein, calcium and sodium in human milk and dairy milk. Cow's milk is the perfect food for calves, but it's not ideal for humans.

dairy free diet Many foods supply the nutritional elements found in dairy milk. Such common foods as greens, legumes (beans and peas) and whole grains furnish an abundance of calcium and riboflavin, the two nutrients commonly associated with milk. In China, they are naturally on a dairy free diet. Green leafy vegetables routinely replace milk, and soybeans take the place of meat in the diet.
