Fresh homemade flax seed crackers

My vegan baby loves these homemade crackers (I don't even thinks she knows rice crackers are a food!) Ps - I eat them too - with avocado :
- 1 cup ground flax seed - Left over pulp from juicing (or choice veggies blended with water) - 1/3 cup olive oil - juice of 1 lemon - Pinch of salt - 1 cup water
Stir all the ingredients except water. Slowly mix in the water - it will make the flax seeds get all jelly-like.
Spread onto dehydrator or cooking sheets. Dehydrate overnight, or bake at low temperature for 10-15 min. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
