Lentils
Lentils are
among
the richest legumes
in proteins and among the easiest to cook because their cooking is
relatively quick and do not require soaking. They deserve then a

Varieties, and thus lentils recipes are numerous.
Pink, black, red, blond or green, they are cooked in the world and
are a very interesting food in nutrition. Rich in fiber and protein,
green lentils, which is the most consumed in France is particularly

found mainly in China . The coral lentils, they are peeled, which is
why they will cook more quickly, fall apart when cooked and provide a
consistency closer to the puree. The blonde lentils, in turn,
