Not it is worth to alarm you at the slightest fatigue, or believe when your loved ones tell you that by being a vegetarian you will lose your teeth or your hair ... Thousands of varieties of fruits, vegetables and cereals are available on the planet. Indulge yourself and eat all!

Recent TV campaigns talk, and more and more specialists agree: the Americans do not eat enough fruits and vegetables (fresh / raw).  A diet rich in sodium and low potassium outlines the development of hypertension and cardiovascular disease. An increased consumption of fruits and vegetables is the best prevention of this risk. The habitual consumption of vegetables appears to reduce the risk of degenerative diseases, especially cancers of the respiratory system (bronchi, larynx, esophagus) and digestive (gastric, liver and intestine, especially in the colon and rectum).
