Potato chips

1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and run through the finest sclicer or a food processor. 2. Lightly salt while wet. 3. Place a single layer (may overlap slightly) on glass or microwave-safe baking dish, lighly sprayed with non-stick spray. 4. Place in microwave oven for 6 to 12 minutes, depending on how many potatoes you use, or until golden brown in the center of each slice. 5. These can be baked just as nicely in a regular oven when placed high in the oven and baked at 450°. 6. Watch carefully after 15 to 20 minutes.
