Vegan Sandwich

Whole wheat tortillas
Tofu mayonnaise
Sprouts
Tomatoes
Zucchini
Cucumber
Avocado
Olives
Onion
Carrots


1. Spread small amount of mayonnaise on whole wheat tortilla.
2. Thinly slice tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber, avocao, olives, onion, and carrots onto tortilla.
3. Add sprouts and a few drops of lemon juice. Roll tortilla up and eat as a sandwich.
