Breakfast
is the main dish of the day. It is made of raw fruits, dried fruits,
whole grain bread and spread. With a good and balanced breakfast, we
break a fast!
Breakfast supplies energy when we need it most. It
stops urge to snck. It prevents irritability and fatigue, and promotes
better attitudes and scholastic achievement. It controls weight by
promoting regulare meals, provides 1/3 to 1/2 of the day's total
nutritional requirements, and helps stabilize blood sugar levels. A
healthy breakfast improves efficiency and safety.
